Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Hugebyte Labs ("we", "us") for the use of the Android app Snatchole (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

Snatchole lets you save videos and audio from links you choose to your device. We do not host, store, upload or share any of that content; downloads go directly from the source to your phone. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the platforms it works with, and their names belong to their owners.

2. Your responsibilities

• Save only content you own, content whose owner has allowed you to download it, or content you are otherwise legally permitted to download.
• Respect copyright, the rights of creators and the terms of the platforms you use.
• Do not use the App to redistribute, sell or publicly re-upload content you do not have the rights to, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the App or its payment system.

You alone are responsible for the content you save and how you use it.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in line with these terms. We keep all rights in the App, its name and its design.

4. Free version and ads

The App is free to use and shows ads from third-party advertising partners. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Premium

• Premium removes ads and unlocks music mode and home-screen widgets for one year from the moment your payment is confirmed. The price is shown in the App before you pay.
• Premium is paid in cryptocurrency on the networks and tokens listed on the payment page. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, to the address shown. Payments sent on a different network, in a different token, or in a smaller amount may not be credited and may not be recoverable.
• Blockchain transactions are final. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise. If a correct payment was not credited, contact us with the transaction reference and we will help.
• Your recovery code is the only key to your Premium. Keep it safe: anyone with the code can use your Premium, and we cannot restore Premium without it.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Changes never affect Premium you already paid for.

6. Availability

Sites change how they work, so some links may stop working at times. We work to keep the App running but do not promise that every link or platform will always be supported, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hugebyte Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend Premium or access to the App if you seriously breach these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
